Mr. Krishan Sharma
Mr. Krishan Sharma is a Right Based Activist and Development Professional, He is Masters in International Relations & Sociology. Being an expert of desert and development expert he worked with Trust for Voluntory Organization (TVO) as Regional Officer. Few other hats Mr. Sharma wore include Director Research, IDRC Pakistan at Islamabad, National Manager, The Morning Star at Mansehra, Regional Manager, South Asia for Human Rights (2007).
Presently, he is working as executive Director DDAT Sindh since 2008 and also performing duties as Chairperson REAT Network Pakistan, a human rights defenders network. Presently he is affiliated with District Development Association Tharparkar- DDAT as honorary Executive Director.
Mr. Teerath Jhangi
Mr. Teerath Kumar a Rural Development Professional having more than 12 years’ extensive experience in the field of sustainable Natural Resource Management, biodiversity conservation, Drought Mitigation & Disaster Risk Reduction. He is being associated to the natural resource management in rural area of Sindh Pakistan, Community Based Rainwater Harvesting & ground water management activities, Drought Mitigation/preparedness & Disaster Risk Reduction activities. He intensively involved in capacity building of Community Based Organization (CBOs). He has expertise of designing, construction and management of watershed structures. While working on senior positions he is capable to understand nonprofit organization’s work culture and management.

He is core expertise includes Project Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, Data Management, Donor Compliance. He possesses wider multicultural experience and exposure.

Ms. Khanzadi Kapri, having Graduation in Sociology and has more than 05 years’ experience in development sector. She has excellent mobilization, capacity building, leadership, facilitation and communication. She is gender specialist, social worker, creative and innovative planer. Her focused areas are Gender Development, Women Empowerment, Leadership Development and Enterprise Development. As a Gender Focal Person in District Development Association Tharparkar (DDAT), she has the role to support the DCMT, to carry out their responsibility to implement gender mainstreaming in the substantive work program.
